刪除資料與支援

Good Ol’ Days 由 ARAMI TECH LLC 提供。基本日曆功能無需電郵或密碼帳戶；好友共享使用匿名識別碼。

應用程式內

在設定中使用「刪除共享資料」可刪除匿名共享帳戶及所屬共享行程與成員關係。裝置行事曆副本、行事曆提供者及系統備份資料需在相應服務另行管理。已送出的統計資料不會由這個操作一併刪除。

應用程式以外

你可電郵 info@arami.tech，主旨「Good Ol’ Days data deletion」，要求存取或刪除資料。請說明資料類型，並在仍可使用應用程式時提供「共享安全與支援 → 使用守則與聯絡」中的支援識別碼。請勿傳送密碼、完整行程或不必要的私人資料。

若已移除應用程式或失去匿名身份，我們可能需要其他足以核實擁有權的資料；不會根據顯示名稱刪除其他人的紀錄。安全檢舉可能按私隱政策保留。伺服器備份亦可能按服務提供者的週期保存。

Request deletion outside the app

Email info@arami.tech with the subject “Good Ol’ Days data deletion”. Tell us what data you want deleted. If available, include your support reference from Sharing safety and support → Rules and contact. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private event details. We may need to verify ownership, especially if the anonymous installation is lost.

The in-app shared-data deletion option removes the anonymous sharing account and associated shared events and memberships. Calendar-provider copies, device backups and previously submitted analytics are separate. Safety reports may be retained as explained in the privacy policy; provider backups follow their retention cycles.
