How it is handled.

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project category and message. Company name is optional. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

Use the form to describe your project at a high level. Please leave out passwords, payment details and sensitive client or patient records.

Your details are used to review your request, reply to you and discuss a potential project. A form submission sends an email to our team’s inboxes; it does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Enquiries become part of our email correspondence. For questions about stored correspondence, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact info@arami.tech. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information.

Vercel hosts the website and enquiry endpoint. Resend delivers form submissions to our team’s email inboxes. Our email services include Zoho Mail and Gmail. These providers process information needed to host the site, deliver messages and operate the inboxes.

Website requests can include technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested page and request time. Hosting and security services may process this information for operation, diagnostics and abuse prevention. The enquiry endpoint also uses a short-lived hashed request identifier to limit repeated submissions.

The company website’s own code does not set advertising cookies or load third-party visitor analytics. Hosting security features may process request information independently of the page code.

Links to client websites, app stores and other services take you to sites with their own privacy practices. Vigil Faith and Rostr are separate products; this notice does not replace their product privacy policies.
