Arami Tech / Software Delivery & Procurement

A clear scope.
A reviewable delivery plan.

Information for technical leads, procurement teams and delivery partners evaluating Arami Tech.

A defined role in your project

Engage Arami Tech for a scoped software build, backend service, integration or portal. We can work directly with a business owner or alongside an existing engineering team, agency or systems integrator.

For a larger programme, discovery establishes the scope, dependencies, delivery capacity and responsibilities before a build commitment. A focused first phase gives your team something concrete to evaluate.

What to expect in a proposal

  • Scope & acceptanceWorkflows, users, deliverables, exclusions and the criteria for accepting each milestone.
  • Architecture & dependenciesData flows, integration boundaries, required third-party access and the client decisions that affect delivery.
  • Delivery & commercial termsPhases, estimates, review points, change control and who is responsible for each dependency.
  • Handover & supportAgree source-code access and ownership terms, documentation, deployment responsibilities, training and ongoing support in the statement of work.

Engineering review points

We define the evidence needed for your project during scoping, rather than treating every system as the same build.

  • Access and data handlingIdentify user roles, sensitive data, environment access and credential ownership. Agree the controls and review requirements with your team.
  • Integration behaviourDocument API contracts, error handling, retries, duplicate events and reconciliation where relevant.
  • Verification and releaseAgree functional tests, integration checks, user acceptance, release criteria and a rollback approach.
  • OperationsDefine monitoring, incident contacts, backup/recovery needs and maintenance responsibilities as part of the scope.

Technical evaluation

Start with the service or application your team needs to deliver. A technical discovery phase can produce material your engineers can review before committing to the build.

  • Backend / API developmentProposed API contracts, authentication boundaries, data models, error responses and integration test criteria.
  • Enterprise web applicationsWorkflow prototypes, user roles, approval rules, audit requirements and acceptance scenarios.
  • Systems integrationSystem boundaries, event mapping, failure handling, reconciliation and a rollout plan.

These are proposed engagement deliverables, defined around your brief.

Working with procurement

Send your brief, expected timeline, integration requirements and mandatory supplier conditions to info@arami.tech. Identify any required insurance, certifications, security assessments or support coverage early so we can assess fit before quoting.

We review buyer questionnaires and contractual requirements against the proposed engagement. Any security assurances, service levels and delivery commitments must be supported and agreed in the contract.
