Enterprise command centre & incident automation. Python and JavaScript dashboards integrating monitoring APIs and CSV feeds, automated ITSM tickets and Twilio calls. Led and developed by our founder as a freelance engagement, including the upgrade from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow.

Global website consent & OneTrust integration. Founder-led freelance work configuring existing OneTrust across regional websites: cookie and tracking categorisation, consent integration, regional testing and reusable templates, with client legal-team input.
